There are a variety of different sources of stress and the frequency is different from each other. We can experience environmental stress. Like; Weather, noise, pollution, clutter, news, etc. We may also be pressured by the pressure to respond quickly, the fast community, junk food, lack of exercise and the need to achieve given goals, etc. work, school, family, Church, or community can be a source of stress. There are other situations such as risk, distribution, emergencies, financial pressure, etc. All of these can be sources of stress in our lives.
