Is Vitamin B12 and Folate Good for Depression?


Did you know that one in six women will experience depression in their lifetime? Now, 14 of the Australian women's experience of depression. You can find it shocking, but then again, maybe not??? Do you know someone with depression, or if you have symptoms yourself?

The use of folic acid and vitamin B12 are essential for children, and women of all ages, especially for pregnant women. One study found that women with a low normal vitamin B12 levels were 3.82 times more likely to experience depression. 

There is no doubt that vitamin B12 and folic acid are very useful in the treatment of major depression. 

So, how can you naturally increase your vitamin B12 and folic acid levels, in order to relieve the symptoms of depression?
